Stepping ‘outside the box’ to design four model homes that will form a 19 home enclave in Durango, Colorado was a necessary risk for Bauen Group, LLC Architecture and Design Studio. The use of common materials and forms used in uncommon yet functional ways has given rise to the ‘modern mountain rustic’ style of architecture as defined by Bauen Group, LLC. These architecturally progressive homes range in size from approximately 1380 square feet to 2400 square feet and are comfortably placed in a quiet enclave less than five minutes from downtown Durango, Colorado.
